Security controls
ServiceVedas uses reasonable safeguards such as authentication controls, password hashing, OTP workflows, role-based access, route restrictions, validation, storage controls, and monitoring appropriate to the deployment.
User responsibilities
Users must protect passwords, OTP codes, devices, payment accounts, meeting links, exported files, client materials, and project data. Business accounts should grant least-privilege team access and remove access promptly when no longer needed.
