Business responsibility

Your business controls its provider profile, services, requirements, quotes, projects, files, payments, team access, and deliverables. ServiceVedas provides the marketplace workflow technology.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Business Terms govern use of ServiceVedas by business accounts, including clients, service providers, companies, agencies, vendors, LSPs, freelancers, production houses, professional teams, and their authorized users. By registering a business account, offering services, posting a service requirement, sending a quote, accepting a contract, managing an order, or using business tools, you agree to these Business Terms and the general ServiceVedas Terms of Use.

2. Authority and verification

You confirm that you are authorized to represent the business, provider profile, brand, agency, vendor, freelancer identity, or production team associated with your account. Registration may require a website, business email, phone verification, KYC, company details, portfolio, certificates, team information, payment information, and other verification records.

3. Client plus service provider account

  • A business account may offer services to users and other businesses.
  • A business account may post service requirements or projects and receive proposals.
  • A business account may hire freelancers, vendors, agencies, LSP companies, production houses, or other providers.
  • A business account may apply to projects, send quotes, manage milestones, deliver work, receive payments, and build reviews.
  • Team access must be accurate, authorized, and removed when no longer needed.

4. Service listings

Service listings must accurately describe real services you can provide, including category, subcategory, languages, skills, portfolio, pricing, availability, delivery time, revision terms, and any use of subcontractors or AI tools. Providers must not misrepresent certifications, voice talent, creative credits, production capacity, technical capability, data rights, or language proficiency.

5. Service requirements

Service requirements must describe genuine work that the business is authorized to post. Requirements should include category, subcategory, project description, budget, deadline, languages, skills required, files, deliverables, approval process, and confidentiality needs where applicable.

6. Quotes, proposals, contracts, and orders

Quotes and proposals should be accurate, professional, and based on the stated scope. A contract or order starts only when the parties accept the applicable scope, price, timeline, payment terms, milestones, files, and delivery requirements. Businesses are responsible for communications, approvals, revisions, deliverables, cancellations, and dispute information they submit through the Platform.

7. Payments, credits, and taxes

Business features may include free posting limits, paid credits, subscriptions, invoices, wallets, withdrawals, PayPal payments, service fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment holds where enabled. Each business is responsible for its own taxes, invoices, payment account accuracy, withdrawal information, chargeback cooperation, and financial compliance.

8. User and project information

User profiles, quote requests, files, messages, project materials, payment information, reviews, and related data may be used only for legitimate ServiceVedas marketplace activity. Businesses must protect confidential project files and personal data, and must not sell, publish, scrape, export for unrelated use, or use information for unrelated marketing or solicitation.

9. Business conduct

  • No fake companies, fake portfolios, deceptive listings, or impersonation.
  • No unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, abusive, or unsafe service requests.
  • No payment circumvention, review manipulation, spam, credential collection, or fraud.
  • No uploading files, datasets, scripts, audio, video, images, or documents without required rights.
  • No requesting unnecessary sensitive data or using project data outside the accepted scope.

10. AI, data, media, and creative services

Businesses offering or buying AI/ML data collection, annotation, RLHF, AI evaluation, synthetic data, OCR, TTS, STT, dubbing, voiceover, direction, production, editing, photography, design, writing, or similar services are responsible for lawful data sourcing, consent, licensing, model restrictions, confidentiality, quality control, talent releases, union or guild obligations where applicable, and intellectual-property rights.

11. Reviews and public profile

Business ratings and reviews should reflect real completed ServiceVedas work. Businesses must not buy, fake, pressure, suppress, or retaliate over reviews. ServiceVedas may remove reviews that appear fraudulent, unlawful, irrelevant, abusive, or inconsistent with platform rules.

12. Review, removal, and enforcement

ServiceVedas may review business information, service listings, requirements, proposals, files, payment activity, and reviews; request verification; limit communications; remove content; restrict payments; or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, legal requirements, user harm, or violations of these Terms.

13. Third-party services

Business features may depend on email, SMS, calendar, storage, identity, payment, PayPal, analytics, fraud-prevention, company-data, or meeting providers. Availability and processing by those providers are governed by their own terms. ServiceVedas is not responsible for outages, changes, disputes, chargebacks, or actions of external providers beyond its reasonable control.

14. No marketplace guarantee

ServiceVedas does not guarantee service visibility, search placement, quote quantity, provider quality, client conduct, project success, payment release, deliverable acceptance, earnings, ratings, or repeat business. Each business must independently verify the other party, the scope, files, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and legal requirements.

15. Responsibility and liability

The business account is responsible for its profile, services, requirements, team-user actions, project data handling, payments, deliverables, communications, and legal compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceVedas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, project outcomes, user conduct, payment provider conduct, or third-party services.

16. Changes and contact

These Business Terms may be updated as Platform features, providers, payment systems, or legal requirements change. Material updates may be communicated through the Platform or registered business contact details. Questions, suspected fraud, payment concerns, security concerns, and legal notices should be submitted through ServiceVedas support. Never send passwords, OTP codes, or bank credentials in a support request.
